Professional Conduct

All graduate students are expected to behave in a professional manner toward one another, the staff, and the faculty. This includes coming to seminars prepared to discuss course material, attending colloquia, getting paperwork done in a timely manner, asking for letters of and Center for Community Standards at for official WSU policies.

Recommendation and other materials from faculty and staff well in advance of due dates, not engaging indiscriminatory behavior, maintaining professional behavior in interactions with others, sharing office space with others respectfully, and avoiding infighting, gossiping, and using social media to undermine other students, staff, or faculty. Students should refer to the Graduate School Policies and Procedures and Center for Community Standards for official WSU policies.
